SICK POLICY – Please do not show up to your appointment sick or exhibiting signs of illness. Your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged in full with no service provided. If you are sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick, please reschedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY– Polished Designs requires a 24-hour notice for the cancellation of scheduled services. Any cancellations may be done free of charge up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment. A 50% fee for each service booked will be charged to the card on file for cancellations under 24 hours. No-show clients will be charged in full of the services booked. After two cancellations in a row, clients will be required to pay their next appointment in full when booking. This booking fee is non-transferable.
CLEAN TOOLS ALWAYS– All metal tools are thoroughly scrubbed with hot water and antibacterial soap to make sure there are no particles left on the tools. Tools are then immersed in EPA Certified Barbicide disinfectant for 10 minutes. All surfaces, tables, chairs, and LED lamps are also disinfected after each client with the same EPA certified disinfectant. Each client will receive a new nail file, buffer, and orangewood stick.
LATE ARRIVAL– Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may need to reschedule as I may not have time to do the full service. You will still be required to pay the full cost of the services booked.
REMOVAL– If you are wearing gel, dip, acrylic, or any enhancement that was applied at another salon, please schedule a removal in addition to your service. If this doesn’t get scheduled, your service may be shortened to accommodate the removal.
