If I am not near a river, my heart is in the mountains! The Cades Cove loop is a must stop. It is my absolute favorite activity in the Smokies if we are unable to hike. The weather was pretty sketchy for hiking our entire trip, so we avoided getting stuck in a storm and just did the loop. It did not disappoint and was easily a highlight of our trip!
